Well the jury is still out, but the response from the Auburn Family is positive ! After all the negative attacks on Tiger leaders – could it be that Auburn scored a knock out ?

Did Auburn conduct a search for a new coach that was actually led by its Athletic Director Allen Greene ? ….and not at the controls of Lowder and Rane and others as the national media and some locals have suggested is impossible ?
Well once again, we’ll wait and see what happens. From a coaching standpoint Harsin seems like a solid pick. His record at Boise State is sparkling.
Can he translate that into wins in the SEC ?
Can he recruit against the Sabans and Smarts ?
Those are the questions yet to be answered.

Most of all, The Auburn Family can stand tall ! Maybe it wasn’t as the national media said. Maybe Auburn is made up of great people. Maybe Auburn has the greatest traditions in college football – A flying eagle, A Tiger Walk and fans that celebrate at Toomer’s Corner. Just maybe, Auburn has the right man in charge of Athletics who can handle all the factions and bring them together as one.
Does that mean titles and championships ?
We will wait and see what the coming days bring, but for now WAR EAGLE still has wings !
